The Centre aspires to harness the spirit of humanity and serve as a bridge for dialogue across cultures and nations
The Sir Naim Dangoor Centre for Universal Monotheism activities aim to lay solid foundation for bridging differences and overcoming diversity among nations, religions and values (Cultural diplomacy) , and most of all, by truly making a difference.
As cultural agents, by means of an exchange of ideas based on common universal aspects, our activities include, among other things: conferences, seminars, workshops, producing book series as well as support for relevant scientific publications (articles in journals), exhibitions, short-term courses of advanced study, innovation and facilitating events in academic forums, as well as community activity.
As such, the Centre operate to strengthen scientific ties between Bar-Ilan University and academic institutions and research institutes worldwide.
Goals:
- Enrich the knowledge of current issues in new and interesting fields of knowledge.
- Offer a platform for the development of cross-cultural understanding and collaboration as well as bridging existing rifts and disputes.
